Basic Advanced Airline Interview Single Issue Senior
  Senior Pilot Career Counseling
(for the Retired Airline Pilot)

WANT TO FLY PAST AGE 65?  OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE; HOW TO MARKET YOURSELF

Our Senior Pilot Career Counseling is designed for retired airline or mature career pilots who want to continue flying after age 65, but have limited data on who's hiring, what they offer and how to approach them properly. Our counselors will help you plan your job search, prepare a professional resume, complete job applications which sell your skills and help you market yourself to potential pilot employers.

You Should Consider :

  • Who is getting hired - do you fit the profile?
  • Your resume - is it current and does it present you in the best light?
  • Job search action plan - is yours an aggressive one, tailored to your desires?
  • Type-Specific Training/Ratings - should you purchase training now or later?
  • Refresher Training -  are you current on Part 91/135 regs and GA flying?
  • Marketing Yourself-  obstacles you'll encounter and how to sell your skills

We recommend you read "Flight Guide for Success: Tips and Tactics for the Aspiring Airline Pilot" before your counseling session. You may find all the answers to your questions and can save yourself the cost of the counseling session. If not, you'll gain a strong foundation in the basics of our industry and we can then concentrate on your personal situation during your counseling session. This eliminates the need take up valuable counseling time to familiarize you with the "how it goes in the flying world" information which you can read in the book.
